Reply to Bonfiglio and Carboncini
In a letter to the Editor of Annals of Neurology, Bonfiglio and Carboncini discuss the definitions that we employed in our recent study of the relationship between attention and command-following in prolonged disorders of consciousness (Gibson et al., 2016). Specifically, Bonfiglio and Carboncini are concerned about the electrophysiological versus cognitive characterisations of our observed effects. Our reply to their letter has now been published alongside, and can be read here.
